Angelo Custode Ground Lucca - Apartment

The Angelo Custode is an old 17th century Building located in the heart of the historical centre of Lucca in the beautiful square named Piazza Santa Maria Forisportam. It is also only a short walk away from the impressive Cathdral of San Martino and the Main Shopping Street Via Fillungo.

The Ground Floor apartment is an elegant spacious and bright flat which has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms -each with its own ensuite bathroom- and has been designed with extreme care. Every room has been painted differently and has been furnished with original antiques and modern pieces.

The unusually large bathrooms are marble with mosaic patterns. The apartment’s floors are parquet. Its elegant and stylish decor is typically Lucchese. Also, every modern comfort has been provided: from under-floor heating and air conditioning to satellite television with international ans SKY channels to a very reliable wifi internet access provided by the national phone company. Displayed throughout the apartment are fine paintings by Ezio Ricci, the owner's grandfather, and they are all dates between 1906 anb 1959. You will love them!

About COMPOSITION

The apartment is composed of an entrance hall, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (one with an american king size bed and two with 2 twin beds each that can be put together) along with three ensuite bathrooms and a separate laundry room with washer and clothes dryer.

About the Location.

The Angelo Custode is very well located in the heart of Lucca's historical centre. The ancient, impressive walls that surround Lucca for about 5 km, are only 150 meters away from the apartment. The San Martino Cathedral is also only 100 meters away, as are the central Piazza Napoleone and Piazza San Michele. The train and bus stations are each only a short ten-minute walk away . Right out of the front-door a bar and a pasticceria for breakfast, a restaurant, a bakery for local bread and focaccia...

The location is very convenient as very close to everything: 5-10 minutes walk from train station, if not less, 5-7 mins walking away from the bus station and 5 mins walk from a payment garage and 10-12 mins walking from the free parking area (outside the city walls). Groceries and cafe are few steps away as well as the main sites to visited in town, main squares and churches.

Winter heating is charged for 15 euros daily or according to comsuption for long term rentals.

COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS

In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
