The ANGELO CUSTODE NOBLE Apartment lies on the first level above the street: it means about 25 steps at PIAZZA DELL COLONNA MOZZA, one of the most central squares of Lucca. In the past the first floor was the Noble floor where the Lord and his family lived, it was the most important floor in a building.

This huge apartment measures more than 280 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It offers its guests not only a spacious, elegant and comfortable flat but also several comfort as sky television, a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company, dishwasher, washing machine… and some of original details as decorated and panted ceilings and marble floors.

COMPOSITION: It consist of: entrance hall, living room, kitchen and dining area with terrace overlooking a beautiful church, 6 double bedrooms (they can all be modeled as twin or king size beds - 2 of the bedrooms are linked to each other and must walk in the first bedrooms to get into the second one which makes them ideal for a couple with children or 2 guests sleeping separately in but in the same suite), four bathrooms and a huge laundry room.

The ceilings are decorated as in original and floor are marble and parquet. In the apartment you will admire the fine paintings by Ezio Ricci, who lived in this apartment in the early 1900s and which was a bespoke Tuscan School's exponent and also the owner's grandfather... You will love them!

The location is very convenient as very close to everything: 5-10 minutes walk from train station, if not less, 5-7 mins walking away from the bus station and 5 mins walk from a payment garage and 10-12 mins walking from the free parking area (outside the city walls). Groceries and cafe are few steps away as well as the main sites to visited in town, main squares and churches. The apartment is air conditioned in the living room and dining room/kitchen.

SPECIAL FEATURE of this apartment is the fact that is possible to add extra accommodation for larger groups as I also have 2 more apartments in the same building to accomodate up to a total of 24 guests in 12 double bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

For reservations confirmed before November 18th 2019 heating if used is charged for 20 euros daily.

COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS

In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
