The apartment is located on the top floor of a medieval building built in the year 1270. It has been completely renovated and equipped with a GLASS ELEVATOR and boasts the following features:

The apartment has AIR CONDITIONING in all of the rooms.

The living area has been adeptly divided into a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and is furnished with a dining table, 2 armchairs, a fireplace, and a plasma flat SAT TV. The room has 4 windows that overlook the square and the Cathedral in all its beauty and provide it with plenty of sunlight.

The double bedroom, contains a king bed, a large wardrobe and window with panoramic views. Furthermore, it also has 1 bathroom with a wc, bidet and a shower.
Kitchen with cooktop/oven (4 hobs), microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen is decorated with a glass wall endowing guests with a magnificent view of the city which includes the Torre delle Ore, the Torre Guinigi and the walls in the distance, as well as a characteristic view of the rooftops and homes of the city centre.

In addition, from the living room, guests can also access a wonderful terrace with panoramic views furnished with a table and chairs where they can dine al fresco. Furthermore, deckchairs have also been provided to give guests a place to unwind during Lucca’s warm summer evenings. From this unique, exclusive spot, they can savour a one-of-a-kind view of Piazza San Michele and its eponymous church and let their imagination run wild, enthralled by the charming view, just like the main character of E. M. Forster’s 'A room with a view'.

The apartment has been tastefully and elegantly furnished, both in terms of its furniture and its colour scheme. The owners have thought of everything and skilful use of spaces ensures that guests enjoy maximum comfort.

•All of the rooms have wooden parquet floors (with the exception of the bathrooms) and feature beamed ceilings, while all of the walls have been painted a pleasant wisteria shade.

COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS

In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
