CASA PIERINA is a smart fully renovated apartment located inside the walls of Lucca, at overlooking the charming medieval stream at VIA DEL FOSSO: a charming and quiet yet central location inside the city centre.
The apartment has air conditioning in each room, a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company, private parking for 1 car, elevator. The apartment has a lovely little terrace with a lounge chair, a side table and a jasmine tree.
They are stored in the apartments's private garage. The garage is fenced and safe inside the property.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bedrooms has a king size bed while the other bedrooms has 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with a spacious built-in shower and one with a bathrub + shower), a spacious living/dining with a french window, a kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, full size freezer and refrigerator, toaster, american and italian coffee makers, washing machine and clothes dryer. In addition we provide hairdryers, iron and board.
LOCATION.
The apartments is located in a very quiet area of Lucca - pedestrian area but reachable by car to unload the car at arrival.
Free fenced safe parking on site is provided available for a small size car like Fiat Panda or Fiat 500 or similar.
Groceries and restaurant just few steps away from your front door , bus station is 5 minutes walking, another parking is located in 2 mins walking (just a few steps away).
Please kindly note that for the use of the bicycles you will be requested to subscribe a letter of responsibility.
For reservations confirmed before November 25th 2019 utilities are charged extra for 8 euros daily.

Lovely spot in Lucca

The apartment is in a perfect spot near the wall and far enough from the center to be quiet. Chiara was a kind caretaker. Lucca is a charming place. We have no complaints, but some attention could be paid to upkeep—just a little. The bikes need some see more

We have no complaints, but some attention could be paid to upkeep—just a little. The bikes need some TLC to be ready for use. The lights over the stove are burnt out. The dishwasher might have a little leak on setting P2, but these are small things. A word about kindness: we were in Italy before and then during the COVID19 lockdown, and everyone, everywhere was kind and generous. Grazie mille.

On this purpose we have now a new "home inspection" department in our company, in order to prevent even the minor inconvenients for our clients' stay. We look forward to welcome you in Lucca again in the future |
