Description

Set between vineyards and rolling hills, lies VILLA MARCELLA, a delightful and simple farmhouse villa with that dominates over the city of Lucca. The countryside imbues peace and tranquility from all around the house. The house offer a casual and unformal atmosphere.
The Villa has a beautiful swimming pool which is longer than the standard length and therefore good for swimming.
Generous spaces, original furniture and attention to detail are evident in every room. The very spacious entrance hall is a large open area with french windows overlooking the garden.
From VILLA MARCELLA it is possible to do various half or full day tours. The most intere-sting place on the tourist trail is Lucca easily reachable within 10 minutes, which apart from offering many artistic and monumental treasures, is a lovely town where many excellent restaurants, wine bars and shops selling typical local products can be found. Also a visit to Pisa, Florence, Montecarlo, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Cinque Terre, Livorno, Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi, are not to be missed.
The helpful and darling owner lives on the lower ground floor of the villa but do not share the pool.

COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS

In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
