Description

The Villa is located in the center of Lucca, just 400 meters from the Walls (5 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bike) in a private garden. The villa has private parking and 6 bikes provided. The property is fenced and has electronic gate.
The air conditioning is in all rooms, and the wifi is very powerful and reliable.
Winter Heating, if used, is charged for 10 euros daily.
A city stay tax € 4,50 per person to be paid in cash in accordance with Italian laws.

COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS

In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.

La casa è bellissima e pulitissima, siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e puntualità. La posizione è eccellente, a due passi dalle mura ma senza le difficoltà logistiche che avrebbe una casa all’interno di esse.
