The imposing villa, dating back to the early 20th century, was originally a farmhouse part of a wider estate belonging to a noble family: the Montefalcones, descendant of the 1200s bespoke painter Lippo Memmi, one of the most active Tuscan painters of his era.

While plunged in Tuscan history, culture and cuisine, Villa Lippo is a short walk away to the village of Orentano, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or taste the famous steak of the restaurant "Benito". Adorned with a romantic park with a fountain this perfect vacation rental features an incredible 19x4 meters long swimming pool with jacuzzi corner, cervical jet and beach shore, and several outdoor areas.

When you’re not relaxing by the pool or enjoying the large fully equipped terrace surrounding the villa, you may venture out on day trips to Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terre and other renowned Tuscan cities all within easy reach.

Recently refurbished to grant the highest comfort, the villa provides all modern facilities such as air-conditioning and wi-fi, and several amenities including a table tennis, showers and toilet by the pool and barbecue.

The villa is fully fenced and provided with cameras which ensure a high sense of security. It is elevated on three floors with one of the bedrooms in the panoramic turret from which you can admire all the surrounding hills and their typical borgos.

Events at the property may be arranged on request, with an extra fee (to be agreed) regardless the number of people.
