A few minutes from the granite stones of San Pantaleo, set in the luxuriant mediterranean vegetation of Costa Smeralda, Villa Linda is surrounded by a magnificent garden with a well-kept lawn and an unrepeatable panoramic view of Portisco Gulf with Soffi and Mortorio islands. In the garden you can enjoy a magnificent sunrise or relax at sunset in the hydromassage.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all comforts: seasonal wifi (1 May - 30 October), air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, brick barbecue. Just 2 km away you find the Portisco Marina offering a port with facilities in which you can moor your boat. Villa Linda is located in the residential complex of villas called "Domus de Pedra", thanks to its proximity to the renowned village of San Pantaleo it enjoys all its restaurants and shops. Do not miss the market that takes place every Thursday in the streets of the town: in the small shops you can find and buy the creations of local artists. Ideal for groups of friends or families who desire an holiday dedicated to privacy and comfort, as well as for guests with a boat in tow.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Villa Linda lies on a hill sloping down to the sea and is set on two floors: ground floor is the living area consistsing of a characteristic living room, independent kitchen, dining area, covered veranda with panoramic view, double bedroom suite with en suite bathroom (shower) and sea view, garden; upstairs floor, accessible via an internal staircase, two double bedroom suites with en suite bathroom (shower), both with exit to a balcony with an enchanting view of the gulf.
The outdoor veranda and its dining area facing the sea are perfect to enjoy pleasant moments of conviviality. A further covered terrace with outdoor sofas offers a resting place on hot summer days or in mild spring weather.

In the village of San Pantaleo are all the main shops for daily needs, within 4km also beaches, restaurants and bathing establishments. La casa è dotata di tutto, cucina fornitissima, bbq esterno, tavolo per cene con vista, zona lounge e un bellissimo giardino. La distribuzione delle stanze è ottimale, ognuna con suo bagno. Per chi deve lavorare o per i bambini la casa è dotata di un servizio wi-fi molto performante. L’agenzia è stata sempre disponibile e pronta a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti. |
